One waitress kept the orders rolling in and the food rolling out The coffee was delicious. The pecan waffle was perfect to my taste. The place was full when we went in, then a little break and it filled up again. This waitress did not miss a beat. Thank you all for working so hard.

Food was good. Service was slow. Place was full the entire time we were there so the slow service is understandable. This place was not easy to see from the street so if you are not familiar with the area you have to pull in behind friendlys to see the plaza and it's in the back.

As a local auto repair shop owner, I like to feed my guys and sometimes my family with breakfast take out which keeps them happy and also supports local businesses. East main street Cafe has always given us great takeout breakfast food and great value for our $$$. I would definitely recommend them. we love the meat lovers omelette ! its our "Usual"

Food is pretty good but this place could use some cleaning. Just take a look around there is like 2 inches of dust on everything in this place.

I recently discovered East Main Street Cafe, and have now been back several time. The waitstaff are attentive, swift, and helpful. The food has always been great. My only complaint is that I wish they stayed open for lunch. Closing at 12, I have arrived a bit too late for service on an occasion or two.
