I ordered a nacho chicken sandwich and a peppermint frosty. All of the food came up fast and was delicious.
There was a man with a young boy (3 or 4 years old) in front of me, and they didn't have the sauce that the boy wanted with his nuggets. What blew me away is that the lady taking orders pulled the little boy aside and showed him the sauces they had, which is the single best showing of customer service I have ever seen at a Wendy's.

Ordered Dave’s triple… got home… opened the bag and it’s a baconator triple…
My very first time in Webster location… maybe I’ll give it another chance. If second time some other mess up then no reason to order from here

Everything was fresh to order. The requested changes were followed. The woman at the drive-thru was kind and very helpful. The only negative was the wait of 5+ minutes. It's understandable, but I did remove a star for it as I feel waiting 10 minutes total makes this very slow fast food.

The Apple Pecan Salad is always SO good.... fresh greens, generous serving always and anywhere we have gotten one at Wendy's. If want a salad Wendy's always a good choice. Server very nice. Only negative was trays needed a little TLC... bit sticky otherwise restaurant was very clean, maintained

(9.11.2023) 🏈 Amazing Staff tonight!!! Fastest service I have had at this locations in 7 years.The drive through staff was super friendly while not skipping a beat. So many FF restaurants in this zip code could learn from this crew. The ability to multi task is the first thing that makes a good restaurant crew member. The woman at the drive thru (nice hair) was not just super cheery and fast but was able to add a last minute frosty even after I decided I didn’t want to put her through the trouble with the line behind me. The bills were playing Monday night football, and everybody was out getting food and she still took the five seconds to accommodate and get my daughter that frosty. Most places would make a big deal about that or tell you their machine was down. And for those who are unseen back in the kitchen, the food wasn’t just tasty and warm tonight but it actually looked picture. Perfect like something out of a commercial. Great job all around to the whole crew tonight!

This Wendy's is like all the others in terms of food, service, look and atmosphere. The food here is delicious and the service is exceptionally fast when I visit and I've been pretty satisfied each time I eat here or drive thru. This location is on a very busy road and can get busy during peak meal times but the wait is not never ending like McDonald's can be. The inside of the restaurant always seems clean when I visit and the atmosphere has a chill vibe. Lots of windows to look out of if you enjoy watching traffic. I'd rate this 5 stars if I could justify the prices but with the way the economy is and inflation it isn't Wendy's fault. This is still a great place for deals on meals and can be a cheaper alternative for most fast food establishments.
