Since the changing of the owners in March 2013, Jimmy John's has gotten a lot better. Service and food are always high quality, I'm never disappointed when I stop in for a sub. On top of going inside the shop, it's always very clean.
Delivery is awesome if you're willing to pay the little bit extra for it. They're there under 10 minutes pretty much all the time; it really depends how busy they are and how far away you live.
If you like consistency, then Jimmy John's nails it. And that's what they aim for; every bite the same until you're done with it.
As for the person who said go to Five Guys, I've stopped going there a couple years ago when I see a majority of their workers outside the back, smoking with their gloves on. I don't think you can break any more health laws than that place.
