Kris... With a "K" ( same as me 🤣) was our waiter as well as bartending. He was most fabulous - friendly and considerate while multitasking... As well as the host that was busy trying to seat people and bus tables. Excellent food as well.

Overall pretty good. The food is generally good but can be a little inconsistent. Service was great, but they do need to put a little TLC into maintenance. Starting to look a little dingy.

Last evening 8 friends and I went to dinner at the Applebees on Empire Blvd. I arrived 15 minutes early to ask for a table for 9, knowing that it could take a while for staff to arrange that. Within 20 minutes they had the table ready, so as my friends arrived, they could be seated. Our server, Alexis, was amazing. Friends were arriving over the course of almost an hour. She was right there to take each person's order without having to write anything down. Each order was perfect and the food delicious. Several of us remarked on how great our server was. We had a lovely time, thanks to the restaurant staff.

Nice dinner. Unfortunately service at this restaurant has deteriorated over recent years. It's too bad. This was a thriving place. I attribute only two stars for atmosphere because of the service.

From a gig workers perspective it’s employees like Nisha, Chris, and Fritz who make all the difference. I have been delivering for 8 years and 6 of them from this location. Nisha takes pride in her job and actually cares how promptly the driver gets the food to the customer. The delivery can be 30 minutes away , and her concern for quality food makes the customers experience better while allowing the service to function at its best without delays. Thanks to Nisha and Fritz on the Carside !

The food was good. It was a busy time of day, but the place could have been a little cleaner. Our waitress appeared to be the only one trying to keep up with cleaning which I appreciated, but also gave her less time for her tables. Everything else was what you would expect from an Applebee's. Good deals with lots of food. You never leave there hungry or broke.

It was really good. Waitress was super friendly. Food came out pretty quickly. My boyfriend had all you can eat chicken tenders with fries and I had the chicken parmesan. Really enjoyed it. Finished it off with some desert shooters. 10/10
