Mcdonald's

Always have a great experience here@ Even on their busiest days,they still are hustling hard! Also fast with ubereats orders!!! Employees are always smiling. Food comes out fast and hot! They never mess my order up which says ALOT for fast food. Got one of my guilty pleasures the Mcrib lol(dont judge me lol).

My husband, four of our grandchildren and I ate a late lunch/early dinner at this McDonald's, while traveling. The restaurant and its restrooms were clean. Service was outstanding. The food was typical McDonald's food. The air conditioning was super cold during a massive heat wave and greatly appreciated. Recommended!

We go here every time we go to Discount Tire. It's how we spend put wait time. It's always very clean, both in the lobby and in the bathrooms. And the food is always what you expect from McDonald's. We also see them carrying trays out to tables so that customers can seat themselves to wait for their orders.

Its close to where I live and always go pass it almost daily so its my go to place if I wanted something quick, convenient, and as long as it doesn’t look or taste like its been sitting out for 10 hours, other than these, I don’t really expect more from McDonalds. The only time I had an issue here was when they didn’t honor the free fries that I was offered in the mobile app, so I asked them to just cancel it since the only reason I got it was it was offered for free. The person at the window (looks like a shift leader by his uniform?) first said it doesnt allowed him to refund, but after I said to just cancel/refund the entire order, he then proceed to refund me just for the fries and giving them to me anyways (lol, cant refund at first?). Anyways, If you want better tasting food then go to a better restaurant where you know that the taste is actually better (food taste are very subjective anyways). If you want fresh and hot food, go to a dine-in restaurant. If you want excellent tasting food, freshly made, fresh ingredients, excellent service, etc.. then go to a 4* or 5* restaurant.

The staff never acknowledges anyone at the pick up counter. When the screen says your order is ready it still takes 5 to 10 minutes before they bring it to the counter. They never confirm that the person made the order. Someone can just claim an order is theirs and the staff will hand it over. Ordering or the app does not save a custoer anytime. It would be just as fast to order it in the drive through or in person and from the experiences I've had using the app at McDonald's, it'd probably be faster to order it in person.
