District Theatres

This is my favorite local theater. Actually, it's my favorite movie theater. It's has a great beer selection for the adults and tasty meal choices for the kids. All reasonably priced. All the rows recline. Its not a guessing game to get the reclining row. I so glad they made to through the worst part of 2020. Why would I ever go to an old school theater again.

Back in action from pandemic shut down! The place was spotless, all employees in maaks, as well as customers. The crowd was sparse due to it being a smaller theater, which is why we chose it. The roasted chicken apple salad was fresh and delicious as were the burger sliders. It was very easy to choose seats well separated from other customers. The kitchen and service areas were also very clean. It felt really safe. Its nice to see a movie on a bigger than TV screen again!

Comfy seats that recline, and theater is usually pretty empty. I like to avoid a crowded theater so works out well. They also don't allow young kids (I forget the age limit), which let's me see movies like frozen (as an adult lol) without kids yelling or singing. Get there early to ensure you have time to order and get your food before the show starts! The pizzas are big and worth the price!

I think the best thing about this theater is the food. They have so many options and it is great quality. They did update their seats for a lot better comfort to recline pretty far back. However, I did go see Lion King with my family and we could barely hear the movie due to the super loud air conditioner right above our heads. Still would rather go here instead of other places for a less crowded theater.

I like this theatre - good food, good drinks, friendly staff. I think it is great that they have local beers on tap. The concept theatre is a bit different being that you have to bus your own food to your seat. But the upside of that is not hearing waitstaff talking over the movie. So i honestly don't mind it being done that way. With the recent renovations to Star Cinema Grill it will be interesting to see how District Theatre holds on-- it is owned by the same company - so I wonder if changes are also coming to this little nice theatre. Heated seats would be nice :)

Lovely and clean theater. The seats are spacious and comfortable. The seats also recline and have a leg support. You have a personal table with a cup holder. The decor is modern and chic. I did not order and food ir drink at this visit but I will at a future visit. It was very cold but was fine with my jacket.

Great food as well as a fantastic theater! I was surprised by the food! I had the beef tacos, the flavors were deep and profound. The meat was insanely tender, topped with fresh onion, cilantro, served with lime. One of the best things was dipping the whole thing into the delicious salsa verde I will definitely be back!

This is our go to theater! The tickets aren't bad, the popcorn is fresh, and they have a full menu and bar on top of that! What really makes this theater though is the super comfy full recline seat. Plus they are very roomy. We used to go to Star Cinema but now we only see movies here. It has everything you'd want in a theater!
