This location is awesome! Staff are so friendly. We lost a pair of ear buds and two days later, David and the rest of the staff helped us find them. It's a small thing but meant a lot! Thank you!

They seem to hand a great variety of coffee and tea related drinks. I am always amazed at how they Manage to keep up with all of the infinite ways that people order their drinks. Although their food dishes are not particularly large I've never had one that I didn't like.

What can I say about Starbucks they consistently have great customer service and I think this is because they get paid a decent wage and they like their job. Kudos to corporate for taking care of your peeps! Also the drinks are always as expected and so is the food. Try my favorites: the cold brew nitro coffee 😀 and grilled cheese sandwich 😋

Good place most times. You get served promptly and people are friendly. Also, since there is a Barnes and Noble right next to it, you can get your coffee and reading at the same time.

This Starbucks is attached to the Barnes & Noble bookstore via a side door. However, it has its own entrance so they remain open longer than the bookstore. I always get good service here. The main cafe recently got a makeover so it has a more modern look and brighter space. They also have clean restrooms behind the barista bar. There's free wifi and ample parking. I see new faces, but service is still great. I love Tyler's friendly greeting and great smile. Lacey always gives excellent service. And Sia is so pleasant to deal with. It's always a nice visit here.

I work at the Michaels nearby and this is one of the best Starbucks I've ever been to. Everyone who works here is so friendly and helpful and patient. They never over roast their coffee so I actually enjoy drinking it and they keep the store so clean and well-organized so people from Barnes and Nobles and normal customers don't feel overcrowded.
