While I rarely rate big chains, I wanted to emphasize my appreciation for the staff here.
I went here with my kid for a birthday party, and while the pizza was a bit on the salty side, and the cake not overly interesting, the staff there did a phenomenal job of staying approachable and smiling, high energy, and service-minded in a room full of noise from the arcade, over-excited and sugared up kids, and the occasional Karen. My kid had a lot of fun, enjoyed the food and cake, and was happy trying the arcade machines, so overall success with that as well.
No idea about price, as drinks and 2 hours of free play was covered by the birthday host.
All in all, good experience, would recommend for a (hopefully) less stressful birthday party venue, and again, all the appreciation for the staff that put in great effort in a job that for sure doesn't pay them enough. Kudos to them!

Erik was amazing! He was our party host on Saturday and he was also hosting two other parties and was working his butt off. We appreciate you Erik! Thank you so much for helping us celebrate my nieces 5th birthday. My sister is fighting cancer and Sunday was the first outing that we have all had out as a family in years. This meant so much for us to go well. Thank you all.

I hadn't been since Covid came. I was as excited as my grandkids. I love the 1hr band. Endless games for 1 hr and it can be paused while you eat! Very cost effective. Love the salad bar. Sit and let the kids go crazy. No worried. It was a great birthday party.

Eric at Baybrook site was an awesome party host! Great energy, informative and extremely efficient. This man needs a promotion and a raise! Eric should definitely train new employees to help create such fun and welcoming atmosphere. Ask for Eric as your party host.

Where a kid (and a parent) can be a kid!!! This location is great! It’s clean, the games are in good condition and spread out enough so you’re not stepping on people, the staff was awesome, and the food was hot and tasty! My daughter had so much fun celebrating her birthday 😍.

Fresh salad bar, hot pizza, and beer for too. This location in Webster is nicer than Pasadena location. Play passes are decently price even for non party consumers.

Eric was such a fantastic host! He made our experience truly memorable! He made sure we were well informed on how the party would go and constantly made sure our needs were met. Eric kept the same high energy and pleasant smile the entire time. It was amazing to witness. He is such a beautiful young man inside and out. We got the pleasure to get to know him and were not surprised to hear about his goals. Definitely praying for his future success in life.

The place where a kid can be a kid...wait, that's Toys R Us but it fits lol. My children and I have been coming here for over 13 years. Many kids love it and it's a great place to take the kiddos and allow them to release some energy while enjoying themselves. It's a one-stop spot for parents: food, fun, and help with bedtime readiness if you go at the right time! They now have cards that will give you the option to add TIME instead of just money so I do like that upgrade in the more recent years

Had a wonderful time celebrating my daughters birthday! Aiden was the best birthday host we could ask for. We didn't want for anything and were able to enjoy the celebration not the set up, timing, clean up or any of it. Entire location was kept clean while we were there and every single game was working, impressive!!
