I come in to this location before classes a few times a week, and every time Kelly is so unbelievably kind and sweet! She makes my experience great every time.

Although my drink hasn't been spot-on the way I want it, that has become the goal with the staff & I during each visit. It's gotten closer, so with the next 2 visits, I'm sure the goal will be achieved. Great staff & experience!

Good place for coffee. But if you have a timeline, I can't believe that the very people we put into office force you great guys to keep the timeline a secret. You guys really should contact Fox2's You Paid for It for an investigation for how they are mishandling our tax dollars. That dining area is big enough to where you should be able to allow some people to drink coffee inside. Coffee is good though.

No drive thru here, but that’s okay, what this location lacks for in size and convenience is surely made up for with the amazing staff. I came in on a Sunday morning to get my caffeine crave; and this location didn’t miss a beat as it relates to service and the quality to come to expect from Starbuckies. This is truly your friendly neighborhood Starbucks.
Note: Parking is a bit of a a tight squeeze and there is plenty of customer seating outside.

When they have other customers. They need to learn how to politely tell someone that is talking to them for several minutes, that they need to get back to doing their job. I've been here only three times so far and twice now this situation has occurred. Not really the workers fault for the customer wanting to talk but it is their failure to address the situation in a respectful manner to keep the line moving.

Great place, staff are friendly, helpful, and quick with your order. It's normally busy with local college students, friendly atmosphere. Just wish there was more seating. Met there for business and had a great experience. Also has free parking.

This location is definitely one of my favorite Starbucks store in the St.Louis area. Despite being a bustling place filled with business people working, university students studying, and everyone else trying to find a place to unwind and hang out, the Partners are always kind, energetic, and friendly. I always feel very welcome as soon as I walk in.
If you’re looking for a Starbucks with lots of room and tables, some of the nicest employees out there, and a chill yet vibrant environment, this is definitely the place to go.

I ordered 1 hot chocolate for my three girls to share. Not only did they offer to put it in 3 different cups, they topped each w whipped cream and chocolate drizzle. My kids felt so special and I loved that they didn’t fight over one drink. Thanks, Starbucks for such a little but nice thing!

I am personally not a big fan of coffee. And I also realize that Starbucks is a popular coffee chain. This particular Starbucks is in a convienent location near my school. It made for a great meeting location (especially considering most coffee shops are not open as late as Starbucks) for a project. It was an okay experience, I gave my rating an extra star since I am biased regarding coffee. It was nice there, and quiet. There was also a large selection of drinks and food.
