Waited 15 minutes behind ONE car just to order. Two cars pulled in behind me and left before I was even able to order. Then was told to “just hang on for one minute”, 5 minutes later, I was then able to order. Not sure if it’s a staffing issue or what but they will only help one car through the drive through at a time. Not fast food at all.

Was told I ordered just 2 whoppers ,I ordered2 whopper meals with cokes ,I was told firmly no I didn,t my wife said she herd me order then ordered 2 med. Cokes to go with the hamburgers got smalls ,whoppers was cold ,right. At lunch time parking lot was almost empty,could see why.i don't complain about prices just don't like employing I,m a layer.

This is the slowest “fast food” place I have EVER been to. You sit in line at the drive-thru for 20 minutes before you even get your order taken. If whoever is in charge of wages would give employees better pay, then maybe you could have people interested in working for you, and thus could hire more than 1 person for a lunch rush. This is pathetic.

Only gave 1 star because 0 isn't a choice. I waited 45 minutes for my order. Their ice maker was empty. There were only 3 employees. The floor has water from a drink machine clear from one side to the other. When she tried to hand me the food the entire bag tore because she overloaded it and my order went all over the floor. She scooped it up with her arms and tossed it into the trash and never washed her hands before she touched food again. As if that wasn't enough once she gave me my order it was still wrong. Avoid this place if you're in a hurry!

I pulled into the drive thru and the guy says, "Hold on I will get to you when I can." Not even Hi. Welcome to Burger King. I waited a couple minutes and then said hello. The response was,"I'm dealing with something right now. Just hold on." I didn't give him an attitude at all. When I went inside, they were rude again. Then one on the staff reached into the fry bin and ate one. So gross. This was also the slowest service I have ever had to deal with. I do not recommend this branch at all!

The man in the drive thru was really rude and kept interrupting. We had to repeat our order way too many times, it's understandable having to repeat it a couple times but it was way more than that. After we were done ordering he didn't turn off his headset and he said "oh my god" along with some other things that I couldn't quite hear

The man taking the order was rude the whole time. We had to repeat our order multiple times and he still got it wrong. Our fries were half full. Never asked if we wanted sauces. We also specifically asked for the bun without the sesame seeds due to my dad not being able to eat them and he still gave us the bun with sesame seeds. After we were done ordering we heard him say some rude things because he never turned off the headset

Every time , I mean everytime I've been here. I've made a simple breakfast order of 4 sandwiches and with the parking lot empty, and the drive-thru empty, I've been asked to l "Please pull foward".. This is only because they want to keep the drive-thru times down for orders. I even asked the last guy I delt with. He said " yea corporate WANTS us to do it".... uhhh, no. Corporate is monitoring what your doing, and they want you to get faster. Deffinatly dislike going there, but with limited options with limited time frame, it's hard not to want something different. Smh. They either need more employees or better service considering Sonic that is right next to them always has customers that the time I usually go.
