Bamboo

We ordered cashew chicken and veggie lo mein. The chicken was hard and tasted old and like it was dropped on the floor, picked up and then served. The rice was mushy on the outside and hard in the middle. The veggies were good but the noodles were not cooked completely. The sauce was burnt. I called and said something. The manager did not want to make things right. She never offered to recook the food or refund the money. She wanted to give me a credit. Come on do you really think I want a credit when I will never eat there? You could of offered to recook the food. This was added after the restaurant replied. The only thing offered was a credit. NEVER TO REMAKE THE FOOD. Again I would never want a credit with that type of customer service and quality of food. In the past your food was ok, now it is absolutely horrible. Fyi the delivery driver was very pleasant.

the food here is pretty much how my grandmother-in-law would cook Chinese food, and she isn't a very good cook. its not that its bad here, just not at all what you'd expect. like its okay, but not authentic. Doesn't taste bad, just not how it would at many other places. three stars for the fact it has some value, in family deals, and the fact they give you what you order, but what you order isn't what you really expect it. They have a drive through, but you'd be best to call ahead before ordering.
