Crafthouse

Horrible service. Had to wait over 10 minutes each time we would order a new drink to even get the drink. (They weren’t busy) Food was mediocre. Ordered an appetizer and got our meal first because the waitress forgot we even ordered an appetizer. Would have just cancelled the appetizer but the waitress ran off so fast and of course didn't come back to check on us until 15 minutes later when she brought the appetizer out. Had to get up and go get our own silverware. There were a couple of tables beside us that appeared to be having some of the same issues as us. Won't go back.

It seems like this place has changed a lot and not for the better either! We waited for over an hour for our food meanwhile people who came in and ordered after us were being served before us all the while we got told that it was taking so long because we got put behind 2 large groups. The largest group in there at the time was 5 and their might have been 15 people in there total! We will not be going back!

Horrible service. Our waitress, “Shadow,” was snippy with us from the moment we sat down. Ordered a Chef salad and when it finally came it did not include a hard boiled egg. Asked the waitress if I could have an egg on the side as I did not see any in the salad (egg was a listed ingredient on the menu) and she said, “Oh, you want an egg? I have to boil it.” I said I did want the egg. I tried to eat my salad slowly and still 15+ minutes later...no egg. Asked the waitress, she said another 10 minutes?!! She blamed the night crew for not prepping the salad bar. I told her we needed to leave and she said she’d put the egg in the to-go box. NEVER HAPPENED. It was not about the egg...it was about her attitude and lack of communication. Do not stop here if you’re limited on time.

Defiantly trying not to be bias in this review. I did NOT like Boomtown grill. Craft house is defiantly a step up in the right direction however there still are a few kinks in it. I got the Shrimp penne which was 11.99. You'd expect more shrimp on the plate for 11.99 or even a side salad and some bread. My husband got the fried chicken for 7.99 and that was a great looking and great tasting plate! Another note is that they could have a actual menu for all there drinks rather then just the mixed drinks menu! There's more food here to explore so we will defiantly be coming back!
