Dunkin'

Used to do a good job on their coffee, but they are nott filling the cups up all the way anymore. My last one had an inch of space at the top. If I wanted less I would've ordered a smaller size. One of my family members asked for their coffee to be topped off when this happened to them and were told they would only add more ice...

Used to love this Dunkin a lot but lately I dont know if theres just a lot of new people but it's been a 50/50 if the drinks gonna be good or not. One day my drink will be perfect but the next I'll order the same drink and it doesnt taste sweet at all. I've been coming here for almost a year and I dont wanna stop comin but you guys need to make sure the new employees are makin them right.

I love Dunkin especially their coffee, however this location is HORRIBLE! 4 times out of 10 their coffee is completely off that is if they even get your order right. Today I order a vanilla late and basically just paid for a cup of steamed milk... couldn’t even taste or see that there was coffee in it. I have given this location chance after chance and almost every time it ends up being a disappointment.

First the good, it overall is well kept, clean etc. I like the .99 any size coffee 3-6pm. Nobody has been rude. Good assortment of donuts and breakfast items. The ice cream is good. Now the negative. It's slow. Some of that is just the nature of the business--not that big a deal. But on about half my trips there, something has been advertised that wasn't available and only learned this after ordering the item, waiting in line, and then arriving at the window. I can understand if it's a donut item late morning or in afternoon but at 730am? I think excellent customer service would be to offer some little something free in such circumstances. It's one thing to tell you at the menu it's unavailable but another if quoted a price, waiting in line and then its unavailable I wouldn't post a negative review if hadn't happened to me multiple times.

Unbelievably slow. I think they must milk the cow and slow turn it into ice cream for each order while you sleep in the drive through. Ordered 3 kids cones. 1 chocolate. 1 strawberry, 1 mint...pretty basic. After waiting 20 min (no joke) in the drive through, I was told they didn't have any of those flavors. Wow.
