Subway

Come here all the time and usually just walk in but decided to do a mobile order to save time on lunch. I got a subway club but when I got back to work someone had purposely put a strip of marinara down the sandwich on top of everything else so it wasn’t like it was on accident. I didn’t put marinara on my order and double checked to make sure. Don’t know why someone would randomly do that. Edit: They gave me a refund and apologized so I switched it from 1 to a 4. Guess a worker was having a bad day or something.

The last time I ordered from this location I had 2 footlong Turkey subs that were not supposed to be toasted and they were very toasted. This time all 4 were on bread that looked old and was wrinkled. They were messy the items were just thrown on them and very overly dressed plus they were barely cut. I had to finish cutting them myself. I think everyone that works there needs to be retrained even Mary the manager.

Worst Subway I have ever been to. I have visited this subway a bunch but never again after tonight. When I walked in one employee was standing down the hall by the bathroom on her cell phone. The other employee behind the counter continued to talk to the customer that was in front of me. I noticed he had finished the customers sandwich but they kept talking. After a few minutes I asked if someone could help me. The Male employee talking to the customer never looked at me. The female employee on her phone finally came over and asked what I wanted. After making my sandwiches I tried to get sweet tea. It was empty so I asked if they had more. She says I dont know. I had had enough and walked out.

We ordered food from them, they messed up our order was supposed to be toasted and so I called up there and the lady whom answered was being rude to me. Y’all could have fixed the order for us and offered us a new one for tomorrow to pick up. Also every time I’m in there the workers don’t properly wear their mask while hovering over our food.
