Burger King

Never really had any problems here before. But today was total BS. Started placing my order, she said she couldn't hear me. I was yelling out my order. I managed to get the first part, and she cuts me off before I can finish. Tells me how much it was. I said several times that I wasn't finished, and she never responded. We get to the window, she never spoke, just held out her hand. My husband hands her the money, and I told her I wasn't finished ordering. She just looked at me like I was speaking some strange language. She could have at least acknowledged me, maybe apologize? Nothing. It wasn't even busy.

I've been at this location many times. It's extremely rare for the order to be accurate. The staff love to argue with each other and I've seen many employee tantrums inside the restaurant. Sometimes when I'm bored I like to go there and see/hear the drama. I find it extremely entertaining. I certainly don't go to this location for the food. The employees are professionals when it comes to rude behavior. It's like watching inmates or primates run a business.

Won gift cards through our local Chamber of Commerce for our local Burger King, $50 worth, and these cheap skates refused to let me use them. So much for being apart of the community. Next time, don't donate to a charity event if you have no intention of following through with what you donate. I'll never eat in the Waynesboro Burger King again.

Although it has been a while since we patronized this Burger King, we were pleasantly surprised today with both the service and the food! The gentleman tending the drive-thru was friendly and polite. Our entire order was fixed just the way we requested, without any problems. And we look forward to coming back again soon. Keep up the good work guys; we know it’s tough right now with short handed staffs and supply issues. But today you were awesome!

Placed order online. Ordered 3 chocolate oreo milkshakes got 3 regular chocolate milkshakes. Ordered about $1 less than what I paid for. Ordered a bacon double cheeseburger with extra bacon added lettuce and onion. Originally comes with 2 pieces of bacon. I got 1 piece of bacon (no extra) no lettuce or onion and mustard all over the insideof the wrapper and all over the bun. Called to complain no one answering the phone. I did however get 1 free doge coin currently trading at .25 cents. So yeah totally not worth it. Not a good experience 😠☹☹😠
