Red Run Grill

Red Run Grill is a good fast food style barbecue restaurant. My family and I have been there several times and today I took my daughter for a lunch date. The food was probably not as hot as it should have been but it was good, it is always. The service was great and the staff was polite although the food was a little pricey for a fast food restaurant. They brought the food to our table and also cleaned up after us when we were done. The restaurant was clean and so were the bathrooms. If you are going to try this establishment I do recommend that you eat in the last time we went through the drive through it was not that great they forgot some of our food and by the time we got it home which wasn't that far it was cold.

The food was ok. I got a burger with crab dip combo. It was extremely messy. The crab dip hardly had crab in it. The burger was thin and you don't get to pick how well you want it cooked. The best part of the burger was the bun. The fries sucked. The cheese I had added was good but the waffle fries were hard. Normal fries would have been better. At least at Chic-fil-a you can change the fries for mac and cheese. The price is ridiculous for the food you receive.

While the customer service was very friendly and genuine, the food is not good. Chicken tenders were soaked in grease and very fatty. Fries also soaked in grease. The bag they put the food in was soaked in grease. My husband got a pulled pork sandwich something Red Run prides themselves on and the meat was a weird gray color like it was old or bad. Don't waste your money!
