Love this casual but fun restaurant. We stumbled upon this place on our road-trip and was so happy to find it. I love their fish plate. It has awesome food and wonderful and friendly service. They even have an outdoor area which is great for kids. Wonderful food & people who work there. Great combination! Highly recommend!

Brisket had a really good cook, enough smoke, juciy and pull apart. Ribs had a nice even ring and firm texture. Wings could have gone for about 10-15 more minutes, but the flavor was great. Sausage was good, but wasn't a star in the sampler. Pulled pork was juicy and didn't need much sauce to make it. The only downside was the 45 minutes wait for a table. I ended up getting it to go.

Had dinner at FPW. Ordered catfish & brisket platter. Catfish batting is crispy and golden and fish was moist. Briskets were okay, little fatty and not as tasty as others brisket I had before. Loved their hushed puppies. Tried all the sauces, we had better.

The food and service were outstanding!! Our waitress, Sonya, made us feel welcome and she was amazing! We were tired from a long, hot day and she made sure we were enjoying ourselves and the great food. Pork rinds are the best I’ve ever had!!

First time here, it was live music night and a bit more packed than the usual crowd we were told, but the staff was really friendly. We got a table outside, but unfortunately there were patrons smoking at some of the dining tables and the server said they don’t regulate that. We ordered the chicken toes appetizer , ahi tacos, and 1/2 pound hostess burger. The chicken toes were really good, but the tacos and burger were pretty gross. The ahi I am guessing was a flash frozen steak they tried to defrost quickly in the microwave. It was like warm cat food in a mayonnaise sauce with no greens. The burger was dry and looked more like a kid’s menu burger. I’ll try them again, eating indoors and not on live music night.

Get the appetizer “better then Bang bang shrimp” 10 out of 10. The meat sampler was also incredible!

We visited on a Tuesday and they had half priced BBQ ribs that were just fantastic. We ordered some other items as well and everything was delicious. The service was also very prompt and our waitress check with us often to be sure everything was great. Next time we pass nearby you can be certain that we will return for another wonderful meal.

We went here because of the half price ribs on Tuesdays. The parking lot was pretty full when we arrived - always a good sign - so we were encouraged. We got seated right away and were waited on very promptly. Our waitress was very nice but didn’t mention the happy hour and after we asked, she didn’t know which drinks were included in the happy hour pricing. No biggie. We ordered the ribs (of course, you can’t beat the price!) and they looked and smelled delicious when they were served. We didn’t have to wait long, btw. I picked up my fork, stabbed, and pulled waiting for that “fall off the bone” release we were so anticipating. It didn’t happen. We all had to pick our knives and SAW the ribs apart. I thought, “Maybe the flavor will make up for the toughness.” Well, the flavor was good when you could avoid the fat and didn’t mind chewing a while. We ended up taking them home with hopes that a couple hours in a slow oven might make them tender. On a good note, the service was great along with the prices. I hope our meal was a fluke and other patrons have had better luck.
