Tasty food and long standing restaurant in this mall. I thought it used to be Sakura but it’s not. The counter was a bit dirty and in disarray with no napkins. The cashier was nice and understood my order clearly and it came correctly. The teriyaki sauce wasn’t as flavorful as it used to be and not as much rice for the amount of meat I ordered. But all in all it was good. The shrimps could’ve been cooked a little longer though. As well as the cabbage… felt undercooked and plastic-y. The sushi station looked clean too! All in all for mall food it’s tasty and the price is decent. Better than the fried options in the court. 🍤 🍚

The food here is amazing! The double teriyaki chicken with rice and veggies is such a good amount of food for the price, and it tastes really good as well. The staff here aren't super friendly, but it's a food court place so that doesn't really matter. They take your order and make it quickly, so why complain if the food is so good!! Would highly recommend for good, cheaper food in the mall and I will come here often!

I usually get my sushi elsewhere, but decided to try this as I was really hungry and didn’t want to drive elsewhere: Genuinely so confused as to why the man making the sushi roles was gatekeeping the spicy Mayo, to the point where I was YELLED at for asking for two spicy mayos for each of my TWO rolls? If I order two rolls, I would expect a condiment for each roll, am I wrong? He literally yelled at me, told me that even though the man at the cash register said it was okay, it is in fact NOT okay, and the ENTIRE TIME didn’t even make eye contact with me. He also filled up my one spicy Mayo cup 1/3 of the way… for TWO rolls. I never complain, 99% of my reviews are to say positive things however I cannot wrap my head around how nasty this man making the sushi rolls was. The world is bad enough as it is without angry men gatekeeping spicy Mayo. Never coming here again, they have my word on that.

I ordered chicken teriyaki and asked that no mushrooms be included. Instead they omitted all the vegetables. The chicken was dry and they didn’t even include any sauce. I ordered two different types of sushi (expecting they will come in their individual container) and the sushi was packed in one box, no soy sauce, two thin slices of ginger and it arrived warm. So I had to scramble and find another container so I could drop off the second box of sushi to the second recipient. Definitely not ordering again. They always cheap out when it comes to the chicken in the chicken teriyaki. The shrimp tempura roll - the shrimp was not thoroughly cooked in the middle. What a waste of money and food.

this is the second time in a row where you guys have messed up my order. you charge me extra money for fried rice, sides, and extra chicken YET YOU DONT GIVE IT. first time i let it go, this time i reported you guys for stealing my money and not giving me the correct food. learn to read orders and learn to read instructions

Always get chicken teriyaki, which is good. The service, however, not so much. Just visited two days ago and ordered three types of sushi as individual orders (made sure the cashier knew). One was received individually wrapped, but the other two were in the same container. The associate got very upset when I asked him to separate them (they belonged to two people and due to Covid regulations they needed to be separated). He eventually separated them, but not until he mumbled some unnecessary words.
