Great food, but horrible customer service when it comes to mall employees. I am always given a hard time from the same man that works when I go to lunch. I told him where I worked in the mall and he did not believe me. He is very arrogant and rude. He should be taught how to treat mall employees that spend their hard earned money at this establishment

I hate to say this but very bad service. Worst service I’ve ever experienced. I am a black woman, and the workers are not. The lady there was very rude and acted like me ordering was a problem. But the customers behind me, she greeted. There was a guy and girl that took care of my order and this makes me never want to eat there again.

We just got a mini Chicken bowl..

I found a piece of chicken in my vegetarian taco salad. I am absolutely disgusted by the lack of concern from the employees while preparing order.

Just terrible. The staff is rude, they apparently can't serve simple things like a side of rice or side of chips, and can't even give a side of salsa. It's too bad, food tastes great, but everything else ruins it. No point putting up with this when there are so many other options at the mall.

As much as I love the food here, the customer service is just not it. The male manager was incredibly rude and did not acknowledge what I was ordering. He just threw food into the bowl and gave me almost no chicken, you could barely even tell there was chicken. I would love to come again for the food, but not for this manager. This is upsetting. You would expect more from a manager.
