Had a date night and decided to check out the village inn. We’ve had our eye on this place for a while and we’re glad we stopped by. It’s really cute inside. Has a bar area and a dining area. Our server was great too. Attentive and super knowledgeable of the menu. We had the chicken parm, shrimp scampi and stuffed meatballs as an appetizer. The chicken was perfect, thin & crispy. The shrimp scampi needed a bit more flavor. The meatballs were so tender!! For dessert we had a slice of cheesecake & cannolis. The cheesecake was so good but it can do without the chocolate sauce. So make sure to order it without the chocolate sauce! They didn’t get 5 star because our appetizer came out the same time as our entrees. Other than that great experience & will be going back.

Food was very good. However we will not be returning. Restaurant supposed to close at 10. I was with my friend and at 9 o’clock we thought we would order dessert. Instead the check was tossed onto our table without us asking for it. Server said they were closing due to low volume. And that was it. He came by numerous times obviously to hurry us along. What a shame. We had been there several times before and never experienced this. Not even a cup of coffee. “I’ll see what we have in the back left”. No thanks.

Nice atmosphere, but in the small room - the tables are kind of too close to each other. Definitely a town spot. Food is good all around. Wait staff is friendly and attentive most of the time. I do recommend that you try it.

Haven't been here since the Covid lock down and was really looking forward to a quaint dinner with a creme Brule sampler to finish;however I was extremely disappointed. Menu was on paper and limited, drink menu was in a nice booklet, they redecorated and lost the quaint character. Finally, no sampler for dessert and the service was slow. Not sure what happened to the waitress before Covid, but she was awesome. They seem very busy, but I a. Guessing they would rather cater to the bar crowd.

I had an excellent experience here. Went in with my girlfriend, sat down at the bar and had some dinner. Bartenders were as good as waiters and waitresses. Made sure we were well-attended to and.kept checking up on us. Happy hour prices were great and food and service were perfect. Our drinks, apps, and main course were all served perfectly on time and without a problem. See pics attached for price analysis.
