One of the best places ALL OVER THE USA to eat a delicious differant kinds of pizza...people there more than proffesional...really I love it
Been getting pizza from liberty for years...I now live in Newton and still find it to be one of my favorite places. Pizza is great-crispy edges with lots of cheese. I always find the staff to be polite and friendly. I order online and its always ready when I get there. Thanks so much!
We've been going to Liberty Pizza since we moved here 15 years ago. Had a really fresh Greek salad today packed with chicken. We love their pizza too! Our favorite local pizza place. Very friendly and polite staff.
The Crispy Buffalo Chicken salad is my weekly treat! Friendly neighborhood spot! Good food!
There website is outstanding and made ordering easy, but the order was delivered incorrectly (I didn't call to fix it... Just ate the mistake). The house pizza (a Supreme) was OK but the bell peppers were still raw, the dough had little flavor, and the tomato sauce lacked depth (loved the crisp texture). The mistake ended up being a margarita pizza and was actually pretty darn good. Delivery was supposed to take 40 minutes and they hit it spot on. I gave 4 stars because 3.5 is not an option.
**Based on the response from the manager, I am changing the rating to 4**
I am shocked and disgusted by the behavior of person taking the order couple of days back. There is a new guy who seems always in a hurry. I picked up the order and on the way realized it doesn’t look like what we ordered so I went back in and I was just asking if it is the right order. The person starts to yell at me instead of being polite! Usually Sam is guy who is very nice and polite. Sorry I will not be ordering from you from next time around.
**Update: Thank you Sam for your response. I appreciate it. I really don’t want see this man next time when I order the pizza. He is a hot headed guy or he was just having a bad day!**
Don't miss update at end of review.
The sammiches are great. I was taken back by the 3.5% convenience fee for using any card - including debit cards where the merchant charge is WAY less than 3.5%. This business is turning credit cards into a profit center as 3.5% is even above the CC processing fee. Their prices are on the average to slightly high side (but still not bad), so it's not like they are passing savings on to customers using cash.
With the world switching to debit cards, I think Liberty made a bad decision trying to scrape a few extra cents off the table and it will cost them business.
UPDATE: Changing to five * based on incredible owner response. We need more businesses that listen to their customers.
PS: Although I find CC surcharges annoying, I wouldn't mind if you upped your prices by .25 - .50 to help you through troubled times. I never used to tip for carry out, but I always do now out of appreciation for those working under a cloud of danger;
