Your employees were very friendly!! And good food.
They are always friendly here but McDonald's bread makes me I'll always have a salad or burrito. Some chemical in the flour I'm told.
This McDonalds got my order right. The employees didnt seem to hate there job and were friendly.💯
Stopped by here on 12/23/23 @ 9:30 am, the lobby was closed, I'm guessing no employees showed up. The drive thru was extremely long and I never ordered till after 10:15. The people were very polite.
You never know if your going to get what you ordered; in morning 15% of the time i get ham instead of sausage. Usually the food is at least fresh.
Stopped here with a friend to get an iced coffee. It was the middle of breakfast and the drive-thru was full. I just thought to myself oh great this is going to take forever! Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised. The service manager expediting the drive-thru did a great job at addressing their danger zones and did an amazing job at pulling cars to keep the drive-thru running. We were in and out in no time. I would recommend this establishment to all. Keep up the good work 👍
First off I have to say I really am grateful for McDonald's here in Wayland.....very nice parking lot where I chilled and waited for the girl of my dreams to pull up beside me. When she did,let me tell you "SPARKS" were flying!!! WOW....such a powerful connection we share!! This is so RARE to align with your soul connection!! My life is full of Abundance I am living my best life....thank you universe and all who rule here! I found the ONE!!
A modernized version of how Mc'D's is becoming more and more automated. I had some issues with their app and trying to get help at the service counter was difficult at best - too dependent on technology and lacks human interaction.
When I did get a human, they were pleasant enough, but you can tell their emphasis is on take-out orders.
The food order was correct and lived up to Mc'D's standards, which is just okay. Personally, I think the meals are grossly over-priced for what you receive. I would guess this is due to the app "Deals" which has now overtaken its business model.
So, it's fine - you'll get what you expect.
I went there for breakfast earlier and it was very clean. The people were very friendly. Jordan made sure to great me when I walked in. And when I had an issue about my order, Elena made it right, and then some. And the food was very hot and the hash browns were perfect.
What can I say. It's fast food. The line was long but it moved quickly. My order was taken and when I got my food it was exactly as ordered! (We all know that happens like one out of ten times lol)
I opened up the McDonalds app on my phone and ordered breakfast before I left my home. The app is fairly easy to navigate. I liked that I was able to customize my order.
As of this writing, the app will go to a blank screen and hang when you put in the order. If you close out, and have notifications turned on, you'll get a message that the order was placed. (I do hope they fix this bug soon)
When I got there, I parked in one of the pickup spots, opened the app again, and checked in. It is at this point your card will be charged. About 5 minutes later, a McDonalds associate came out with my order.
The workers at this location are some of the friendliness ones I've seen. Unfortunately, there are not enough of them. The wait time may be longer than I had, and the hours that they are open are in flux.
In all, not a bad way to get my McDonalds fix.🙂

Ordered $1 large fries, delicious as usual.
While I was waiting in the drive thru, around 8:30pm on 6/15, a couple of your staff were making rounds emptying the garbage. The path was momentarily blocked by a car behind me in the drive thru so one of your staff decided he would wait by sitting on top of the trash can. He leapt backwards and up, the wheels on the can went woosh, and this dude landed full force on his behind onto the ground. Hope he's okay, it was hilarious 😂.
This is one of the best McDonald’s restaurants I’ve been to. The food was fresh, the service was great, and they have a great play area for kids,
