Came here on a Sunday at 11 AM. Place was exceptionally clean and one thing to note is it was fully staffed. One of the best groups of ladies I’ve had at a fast food place in a while.
The one who took my order, was incredibly pleasant, kind and thoughtful, and even offered us the specials, which saved us money.
Inside it was extremely clean, and everything was well prep and well lit. Bathrooms were also excellent and clean. Both male and female.

I here folks complain about how Firehouse subs prices are too high,--- well fast food in general is high but so is grocery store food .l will pay that extra money for my food to be done right and always friendly service no matter how many people with bad attitudes go in and out all day I still get good service good food and I don't have to pull up and look in my bag and make sure my order is right so I'll pay it a little bit of extra money no problem when you're hungry you're hungry..!!

I always order the Hook and Ladder... it's sooo good. I switched the normal sub roll out and chose the gluten-free. I could tell something was a bit different, but it was still very good!

Ever since they came to town, they to me make the best subs..hands down.. they usually have the same help there when you return and that really matters in the food industry and dealing with the general public..the food is consistent time after time..great place to eat.. I like that they have a few TV's that show different programs for most all customers enjoyment except for when the Dawgs are on, then your watching them..Go Dawgs... You won't be disappointed with any aspect of the restaurant..
