Applebee's

This place is a huge let down. I’m not expecting 5 star quality from Applebee’s , but this branch in particular has a lot they need to work on. Went in on a very slow day today , not busy at all. Ordered the 8oz top sirloin at (medium rare temperature) entree for 18.99. Waited 30 minutes for the entree to come to me, got a steak that was most definitely not 8oz and was most definitely cooked well done with no pink whatsoever in the middle. The waitress never asked me to check the steak to see if it was cooked to my liking which is standard protocol for a server . Had to ask 3 times for a water refill and when it was brought finally it had no ice and no lemon which I had previously requested . Lesson learned - this place is only good for older alcoholics to sit around the bar and binge on appetizers. Don’t come here expecting a quality meal.

I have mixed feelings about my experience. I ordered the sweet and savory chicken and above the section it mentions you get two sides. So I ordered my sides and the waitress then returns and says I only get one side because it already comes with rice unless I want to substitute. I said that was fine and picked one of the sides expecting to get that side and the rice. It is possible it mentioned it came with rice, but I don't recall it on the menu that it limited the dish to one side. But I only got the side I asked for. Now, for $12, it was just a small chicken breast and my one side making it not worth the price at all. It was really good though, so that is the plus side. However, I would avoid the dish for what they charged.

Terrible experience! I placed a togo order with the confidence that my order would be at least 80% correct. I expect mistakes, so I was prepared before even checking my order for completion. But didn't expect an entire meal to be missing from my order, nor a completely incorrect meal to be included in my order. That aside, while waiting for my corrected order to be brought out to me, I witnessed the most awful display of customer service, ever. Just plain rude! A young man and woman, a couple, came in to place an order. The greeter showed absolutely no interest, did not greet them, and even walked off while the gentleman was stating his order. Mid sentence, the woman just walked away to help a seated guest. It was one of the most horrible displays of customer service I've ever witnessed.Truly abhorrent.

It was not a good visit. The food was definitely not worth the prices that have gone up. A handful of chips and some salsa as an appetizer was sad. I was actually surprised when the server brought me my plate. Small portion of cold, unseasoned fries and the sandwich looked like they slapped it together in a second. We were there when it opened. The brisket tacos were ALL toppings with the smallest layer of brisket at the very bottom. Won't be going back.

2 cars in the parking lot, every other restaurant packed why did we stop here....what a disappointment. Only ppl here were getting buzzed up and one table was eating. The steak bowl was disgusting, meat you couldn't chew and wreaked of fish. The music was bumping like I expected to see someone dancing up in da club. We haven't been here in years and now I remember why. Never again Applebees.
