Burger King

I just went through the drive thru not even 10 mins ago and came back home to eat my food and it was cold the bread was soggy everything about my order was sloppy my food is always cold each time I come here they either need to do better or shut the place down it’s that simple I will not spend another dime here do better guys I don’t recommend going to this Burger King

Went to drive thru at 9:35pm. Sat for 5 mins with nobody responding. Drove around to side where I had passed an employee standing outside smoking. I asked if they were still open. He said only the drive thru. When I responded that I had just left the drive thru, and asked what time they closed, he looked at his watch and said, "10:40". I said, "Really, 10:40?" It was now exactly 10:40. He said they were going to do inventory. Sure, they closed at the exact moment I asked and with all the signs and lights on while employees slumped outside smoking. This isn't the first time something like this has happened at this Burger King. I just read that Burger King is concerned that they now rank behind Wendy's. And they wonder why...

I went there with my granddaughters and we didn't want to eat in the car or take it home to eat so we went in. It was about 2:30pm and place was not crowded at all. I think there was only 1 or 2 other couples there. It was clean. There were at least 4 or 5 employees that I could see. We each ordered what we wanted and I paid for it all. I ordered a whopper, medium chocolate shake, medium fry and a large mozzarella stick to for all of us to share. I want to head to the table and set down and my granddaughter brought the food to the table. I didn't get my fry but I wasn't charged for it. I don't know if she didn't hear me or thought I was substituting the fra for mozzarella sticks. It all worked out ok one granddaughter gave me part of her fries and the other didn't even want the mozzarella sticks she got she said they weren't as good as Arby's.
