Tim Hortons

Today I was running errands in town and my food didn't come with napkins. There was no way I was going to drive through town looking like I killed someone after devouring a slice of pizza. So I figure since there was a heat advisory and I needed napkins I could drive thru Tim Hortons and get a sugar free iced coffee and napkins. If I would have known what was about to happen I would have went to Starbucks instead... I pulled up to the menu and the lady said "what can I get you?" I said "do you guys have anything sugar free?" And she said "we have -_-___/-_--_-_- and Carmel-_-_-_->_!/-*:@" and me being exhausted from waiting in the line in the blazing hot heat just said can I get a large sugar free iced coffee with the sugar free flavoring?" And she said yes. So I pulled up and she handed me my icey beverage. As I waited at the traffic light I took a nice long sip of my beverage and my mouth light on FIRE. This was NOT the cool refreshing beverage I qas expecting it was blazing hot in a spicy way and I FLIPPED OUT. (I did get my napkins) but this is made me chug my pineapple monster in a desperate attemptt for survival. I normally have no problems with Tim Hortons but this was ridiculous and it almost KILLED ME

Donuts are ok (same as Dunkin) but the coffee is bad. Used to like coming to Tim Hortons years ago but they got rid of everything good they had (bread bowl, 2-3 type of french baguette, a few better xhoice of donuts) and became a cheap knockoff of their 'competitors'. Sad really ...nothin good stays good.

Every thing was good at first. We got 2 sandwiches and 2 chocolate custard donuts. The girl brngs me a bag and said it should all be in there. When I took out the napkins she stuffed in the top, yep 2 sandwiches and the two donuts was just thrown in the bag no paper not in their own bag no just thrown in icing facing down. My sandwich wrapper were covered in chocolate. When I looked at the girl I said you just throw the donuts in the bag. She said well I can get you smoother bag, I said if you would please. She came over gain not paper, no gloves grabs the donuts out of the bag and put them in another bag throws them on the counter and walks away. REALLY what has happened to customer service ?
