Wendy's

Food is good as normal but my complaint is about their app worst in the industry! I ended up deleting it they'll scan and half time points won't auto load and then if you try to manually upload errors occur within the app and the website and won't give you credit. I called customer service and the agent was extremely rude and said they couldn't help me. Saying they don't have authority to fix my problem?!? Your customer service how do you not have authority to make a customer happy?!?

Last week it took 3 trips to get one sandwich right. It was a Dave double plain. 1 st trip sandwich was total something else. 2nd trip back, sandwich the bread was so hard and meat was dry. 3 rd trip back, I asked for manager again. Finally I got a fresh Dave double. Tonight, I ordered . I checked at the drive threw to make sure the order was right. This time there was no Dave double that I order in the bag. At the drive threw window I waved at the workers and they look at me and kept walking by ! Like really! I finally got the Dave double plain and it was dry like it been setting in a warmer all night.. frys was old.. I work fast food myself . I understand it hard right now. I work hard like everyone else and would so love to have a fresh sandwich after I get off work. Does wendy not serve fresh cook burgers any more. ? Yes, its at 11 pm when I order but shouldn't all customers get fresh food?

I did the moble order app i got a chicken sandwich and some spicy nuggs so i went in to pick it up and i waited for a solid 15 minutes and then she said she was missing one spicy nugget so she asked me if one regular would be ok and i said sure but it kinda threw a red flag and this is why when i got to the truck i went over and parked i started with the chicken sandwich it was very good, tender and juicy then i started on the nuggets well they where dry and hard as a rock im lucky I got me a drink because i almost choled on the things.
