Typical JJ fare; fast, delicious and accurate. Store is clean, food is yummy(if a bit expensive), staff is courteous and always "Freaky Fast!"

Eaten here a few times with my grandma after taking her to the clinic. Food is very tasty, service is good, and everything has been clean as far as I can remember. My only complaint is that the last couple times we’ve visited they’ve played their music so loud that I could barely hear anything else and so I couldn’t really talk to grandma while we ate. Yesterday I asked the cashier if they could turn it down and she said they could but if they actually did I couldn’t tell. They could have also been a little friendlier too. I’d eat there again but only if they’ll adjust the volume to conversational levels.

Amazing sandwich!! We love going to the Waverly location as well as the Mason City location! Mason City location has the drive-thru and that is awesome. Our favorite sandwiches are the vito and the Billy club. So many different sandwiches to choose from! A little John is always great if you just want a little snack and don't want a whole big sandwich. I would definitely suggest Jimmy John's to anyone who's looking for a good sandwich

Very plain bread. The gigantic sub is a ridiculously meat heavy version of an Italian which doesn't fit in it's bun.
Service at this particular location is nice on the weekend. They pickles are fantastic.

Staff here are super friendly. The owners are here a lot. Always clean. Super fast service every time. Never a long wait. Speedy service with a smile. I go here a lot for a quick lunch.
