Excellent fast friendly service. Food was mediocre. Sausage gravy tasted like a salty mix hardly any sausage or sausage flavor. Hashbrowns were barely browned. Our little side trip wasn't worth the stop.

Great, feel-good food, and often plenty of it! You won't go hungry when you are here, and they have some good options for breakfast and lunch. Just know that this is a small place and can be quite the popular place to go for breakfast/brunch, so be prepared or get there early!

I ordered a half skillet and 3 slices of French toast thinking. Glad I got the half skillet because there's no way I'd have room to finish a full. Food came super quick and it was delicious. This is great example of a quality American diner.

Not teeny terribly impressed to be honest. Got the country omelette and for whatever reason it didn't have much flavor. Friendly service and the portion was plenty big. My son was in town for a wrestling tournament and even he didn't care for it.

Used to be best breakfast in town, lately has been quite sad. Formerly 5 stars but service and food have both been um, shall we say underwhelming. Hope they turn it back around

Dell's Diner is a quaint, and efficient place to get breakfast or lunch. We ate there a couple times over the weekend and had great service, great food in an atmosphere where it's easy to have a conversation with friends.

We were in Waverly recently and tried several restaurants along Bremer.
We had breakfast at Dell's and were very pleased. There was so much on the plate it was difficult to finish, prices were reasonable and staff friendly and helpful.

It took 45 minutes for the 2 of us to get breakfast this am. Waverly needs more options for breakfast. Server had no idea that the additional people coming in were due to Luke Bryan being in town last night. Seemed like the locals kept getting their food before the out of downers. Very rude staff!
