This Is our first time trying the Wild Carrot LLC in Waverly Iowa. We went with the ham cheese and broccoli quiche and the lasagna soup of the day! I also got a side of potato salad and coleslaw. The coleslaw is delicious! I loved the craisins. I was really regretting not getting a piece of their pie of the day or cake! When we went in they were packaging up pieces to go and they looked absolutely delicious! So much more than a little restaurant it's a beautiful gift store.

My son and I had always wanted to try the food. The shop as a whole is really interesting. Lots of fun stuff to look at. I had the loose meat sandwich and my son had the french dip(?). Service is really great but we weren't thrilled with the taste of the food. Serving sizes really great. Pretty good selection of sides. It just didn't hit our tastebuds that day.

First time. I really enjoyed the salad with vinaigrette. Waitress was nice. I will be returning for breakfast. I heard that was great. Also I'd like to try the raspberry dessert. They were sold out. So sad.
