First if all I would give this place an extra star if I could! I custom ordered my burrito. I got extra protein including: spicy tuna, salmon (which are very friendly-portionately cubed), and tempura shrimp, and other great fillings that they offer. I had my own ideas of what I wanted, such as the edamame for that extra texture inside, as well as the sauces(there's multiple unique sauces) for more layers of flavor.... hence I eat sushi all the time (and pay for premium priced special rolls) and know exactly what I want to have in my sushi and the flavor profile I'm looking for, but what I really want to highlight about this place is their outrageously great service! This is my second time here, and just exactly like the first time I was given an impressively unique service. Today I was serviced by Serena. She was like a mind reader. As I said before I knew exactly what I wanted and before I can even tell her, she suggests it for me. For example the extra deep fried tempura batter drippings, "...for extra crunchy texture and a slight deep fry flavor..." as she explains it, and guess what those were my thoughts extactly! Suggestion after suggestions, she was right on the money each time. All the while maintaining a smile and wonderfully cheerful energy. Again, I want to state that my first time here I was given the same type of service by another employee, Ivan. These people really do an awesome job. Just look at my photo, I've paid more for special rolls that gives me less than that. This burrito was huge! So big infact Serena had to use two containers (another reason to custom make your order). And I'd say those that haven't had sushi burritos before they're awesome. I actually prefer them a bit over sushi rolls, because the snapping bite on the sea weed wrapping that isn't aways but suppose to be there on rolls, is present in every bite of the sushi buritto, adding to the texture. As I was about to leave, I suggested to Serena that they should include creme cheese in their list of ingridents and of course she mind reads this too and said it's already been discussed. The people working there are friendly and helpful and best of all was the food. I had the create-your-own sushi burrito and there's a great selection of toppings and sauces. It was so flavorful. I'm already planning my next lunch there. This is coming from a very picky person I don't give compliments out so easily.

Really enjoyed the shrimp tempura burrito. It takes time to make so expect a wait, but I thought it was worth it.
