Not a bad place... Although I do have one objection: I ordered my food ahead of time and stood over at the pick up area longer than necessary because the pickup lane was being used as an extra lane to take orders on. I understand it was overwhelmingly busy and the lane was being used to minimize everyone's wait time, however, if I placed my order ahead of time and only had to pay for my food because it was already prepared and waiting, I shouldn't have to wait for others to have their orders taken in the pickup area. After all, pickup orders are priority in this instance and that's the whole reason why the pickup lane is a completely separate lane at the other end of the service counter. This is more of a critique rather than a complaint, but my food shouldn't be sitting and getting cold just because other customers' orders are being taken in a lane that isn't even delegated for them. If that's the case, then there's no point in calling an order in ahead of time. I will try this place out again another day and add my second experience, just in case things are different next time.

TERRIBLE service tonight. Came in at 8pm, an hour before closing and staff was cleaning the floors. I stood there by the register and waited. And waited (the girl cleaning the floor looked at me a few times). After 5 minutes I asked loudly if they were still open. The girl said yes and said to let her know when I was ready to which I replied that I was. She proceeded to take my order (I ordered about $45 worth of food) I got my food and left. Once in the car I saw I did not get any salad dressing for my large salad. I went back in and asked for it. Got halfway home and realized they also never gave me my soup and had to turn around and go all the way back. No one apologized. Also the chicken pasta was dry and only had 2 pieces of chicken on it…doubtful if I will be coming back to this location.
