Dunkin use to be one of my favorite places to get coffee and donuts, well today was one of the worse experience at the Fountain square location. The donuts wasn’t fresh and the cashier was giving nothing but bad customer service and attitude when I told her the donuts wasn’t fresh. I have noticed something else in this location but I wish not to say I hope the management team talk a look into this location.

This place has become a joke, ran by teenagers, randomly closes inside, claiming due to short staff, still uses the COVID coin shortage as a way to do cash only, or tells you if you want to use card you have to go inside the store. The bacon snack, is never done, you get barely cooked bacon and over cooked hash browns. Also the app doesn’t ever work correctly, I’ve added both my Apple Pay and my bank card and still can’t use the app, makes me scan for points then pay separately.

I will give stars less than this if any , order what i placed at drive through was taken wrong , they roasted my bagel which is very bad in taste , i can hardly find cream cheese on bagel.
I will never recommend this store of Dunkin, avoid this location.

Exceptional service! The two guys working that evening on New Year’s Eve made my coffee very good! They were fast and friendly. One of my favorite locations.

An employee made the manager of this location aware of the disgusting ice and the manager refused to do anything about it, instead let that employee go. This is a sorry excuse for management. This location should not be serving ANYONE.

I've NEVER had a good experience at the Fountain Square location! I thought that I'd try once more last week and upon arrival there was a paper sign taped to the drive up menu board saying "closed for repairs". Their google ad says they're open, but they are not!

Ordered 3 coffees amd 3 sandwiches, all three were menu items with no special requests, all three were wrong. Handed us our bag with no sandwiches and all three coffees were wrong. My hot coffee was iced and it said hot on the receipt. The two iced coffees were wrong size and wrong flavoring. It was not a difficult order and we were the only customers in line. This was around 1pm on a sunday.

The store is constantly understaffed and have their front door closed, only taking orders through the drive-thru. They sell out of donuts very early in the day and do not restock. The employees also tend to ignore customers while on their phones. Displeased with the service and very unlikely to return.
