The hours on the door clearly stated open till 9. When we went to open the door it was locked and the employees friends who were sitting inside had to unlock the door for us. After finally getting our orders we were then told the inside closes at 7 and we would have to leave. We (as paying customers) had to leave and eat our icecream in the car while his friend still remained inside. Bad customer service and people who just don't care about doing their job.

If I could give a 0 star I would. The customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. The workers were unprofessional and had non workers mess around in the store. The worst place I have ever been to.

they were not happy when we ask
for ice cream, never asked for
what topping I wanted for my
brownie sundae and when we paid the lady said, are you planning to stay in the lobby? Because we close the lobby at 9pm and you need to leave. It was a very unpleasant experience. We were with a little girl eating her ice cream and we had to leave before she was done. Very bad costumer service.
