I made a order online I didn't just show up, so I thought I would be getting fresh bread but ended up getting a bag full of cold hard burnt bread, tried calling the store and no answer

5:50 pm ordered a deep dish $10.38, was told it would be 15 min. I came back 20 min later and they said there was miscommunication and pizza will be ready in 15 min! It would be nice if I could get free bread or something but they said no. Smh

Kids like the pizza, prices are affordable and its usually hot n ready like advertised. The lines are longer during dinner rush. But thats expected anywhere.

Always a local favorite especially the to go pizzas. Makes it alot easier. Good customer service and very fast with orders.

The wait time to pick up can be very long and it's usually packed. Parking isn't very good either.

I walk in 30+ mins before they close. They stated they won’t make any more pizzas. Yet, they are goofing off at the front not helping customers. If your business is open and a customer wants something, you should make it. Definitely not hot n ready.

Im updating and still stand by what i said before times 10!
Too many times I gave this place chances and too many times they messed up the most basic order and or had really horrible costumer relations with it.

I ordered online and was expecting to be able to get my food through their portal. However, the email said see cashier, portal was not available. So I waited in line for 30 minutes. I was frustrated and spoke with the manager. Ordering ahead online is suppose to save you time. They were very busy, I kinda felt bad asking for a refund, but I did everything ahead of time to ensure I was not stuck in line. The manager quickly refunded me and gave me the meal for free. She wasn't rude or irritated. If you are going to order ahead make sure you still account for waiting in line until they fix the portal. Negative experience was made positive!
