Early morning 7:30 AM very clean and fresh start 👌 this early crew is great 👍 there is Semi Truck Parking here for few lucky Truckers, if truck parking is full - cross the street is a gravel lot behind taco bell. I parked at the gravel lot across from BK

We were on a weird mode today and decided to get some good burgers, as soon as we came to the window we were greeted by Lori with the biggest smile and turned our frown upside down. Be more like Lori who ever is reading this, I hope she gets to read this too. What a great above and beyond service, did I mention she gave me a crown 👑

Wow honestly, this was a RANDOM PIT STOP. BEST BK EVER. We overheard manager was thanking his colleagues/team - so kind. He was working very hard too. Best part was he said it took a little bit longer to get us FRESH whoppers because the other one had been sitting for a minute. THANK YOU ☺️ BTW THAT WAS THE FRESHEST BURGER. So yummy.

Probably the best Whopper I've ever had. The toppings were plentiful and everything was very fresh and hot. Great service as well, I ordered at the counter to take with me.

The dining room was closed at about 8 pm, so we had to get back in the car and get into the huge drive thru line. It was not a big deal, and the line went reasonably fast. The service was good and friendly.

Really great staff, kind and was very patient with me today! The food was fresh!! And I love the fact you can get lunch at breakfast time!!♥️ 10/10 best burger king I've been to in a LONG TIME!!

The food was perfect, but more important to me - the staff was engaged, they were friendly and wanted me to come back. We were on a road trip, so our return visits will be infrequent. One of the reasons I am writing this review is to remind me to stop at this BK the next time I am near Paw Paw Lake.

What a pleasant surprise, Burger King's near my home are slow and dirty. This place was really nice and had great staff. Quick service.

Passing through & was going to stop in Paw Paw but missed the turn so we went to Watervliet. We are so glad we did. I can't say if Paw Paw's service would have been any different but the Watervliet service was great & like a lot of people have said we were greated with big smiles & great service at both windows. Now the food. EXCELLENT! I had a chicken sandwich that was wonderful. We only come through this area every few years but I'm guessing we will be stopping when we do. Thank you very much. I can't say thank you enough to the manager and his team for 1) being open during the blizzard. 2) Having truck parking. 12/23/22 was a miserable blizzard day. I probably shouldn't have been on the hwy but I was. Narrowly avoided one huge pile up only to be diverted off the highway here. I had no idea what I was going to do but I new I had to stop driving & wait it out. Thankfully I found this BK #9461 and was able to stop, eat, & plan my next move. Thank you to this team!
