I have lived in the area for 10 years. I've always ordered from Pagoda, thought they were the best! But, last few times I've had it is just Bland and tasteless garbage... so.. I won't be going back again bye bye pagoda

I loved Pagoda for a long time. Great staff, great portions, loved it. Well I ordered from them today and have never been so disappointed. The food was cold, flavorless and my sesame chicken was raw. My son's French fries had a fishy taste to them. Very I'm happy with what was brought to me. Won't be ordering from here anytime soon.

The host was very gracious and friendly, he verified there were 4 duck sauces. This visit was with a 50% off coupon, the food was OKAY. For 50% off it was very good. The food tasted decent, adequately hot and filled a void. The opportunity was in how greasy, fatty and bland some of the items were. The chicken fingers were good, but the ribs, steak and rice was just average.

Got delivery today. The driver was wearing no mask. We got cold, bland, flavorless food..and if yur menu marks it as spicy, make it spicy. Who puts pineapple in general's chicken? We Will not be ordering again. Very disappointed. If I could give a rating of zero stars I would..

Ordered from here first time ever. The delivery was fairly quick but, I did not receive what I ordered for one meal. Another meal was missing the egg roll. The beef lo main tasted like it was old and had been microwaved in plastic. I had to throw it out. When I called the restaurant I was given major attitude and was told that what I got was what I ordered and my order was correct when it was said back to me. Will never order from here again. Old gross food and terrible service.

I ordered online and it took over an hour and a half to receive my food. When I called to ask where my order was the lady gave me slight attitude and told me that the order had just gotten in the store. I understand having the issue of technology but if you have the option of ordering online then try to get it to work properly and not delay service. However the food is normally pretty decent it was just the issue of waiting so long for food.

This place was always great. Now that the younger people have taken it over the food isn't good at all. It tastes very old and we ended up throwing most of it away. this isn't the first time it has been this bad. We thought it was just a bad night. We had never had any bad food. Well, we will no longer be going to his restaurant. We will be finding a new Chinese place
