Service was bad at the drive thru. Ordered two original chicken sandwiches and when we received them they were not cooked. And the condiments were all over the out side of the bun. When I went in to complain there was nobody at the counter. Everyone was outback talking. The place was filthy

Lately, BK has been slacking off heating the buns, so they taste dry and not very fresh. A star has been removed for that. The fries on the other hand have lately come out more freshly, and very hot - nice change from those semi warm sticks that tended to be a bit soggy from sitting in the oil too long.

Every time I order from here, they always get my order right. Sounds like it should be common place at a fast food restaurant, but not always the case. I have a very fussy child and she insists we go to this location because they always get it right. Thank you!!!

This location used to be a good place to get something to eat but lately it has been going downhill. First off, customer service is horrible. The employees will watch you standing at the counter or sitting at the drive thru window and totally ignore you. You will have to wait at least 5-10 minutes to even place your order at the counter because the employees will pretend you're not standing there. Secondly, food quality has gone down. I ordered the 2 Whoppers on their 2 for $6 deal today and both Whoppers were almost inedible due to the drenching they received with mayo and ketchup. For a long time, Burger King was doing great. They were even better than nearby McDonald's but lately they have become worse. I would avoid this place and find somewhere else to go. It's obvious the employees don't care about customer service and the overall customer experience shows it.

Our go to for a quick bite. Lines are short & get in/out. Never messes up our order. Pleasant courteous service. Always smiling. Its King baby ok? They hired the right people here.
