Applebee's

Drinks were delicious! Our server was great! But there were problems in the kitchen. They messed up both my kids orders.... twice! And my pasta came out from the kitchen and it was ice cold! The manager personally went to the kitchen and got me a new plate of food, and put in the right order for my kids. I still love the restaurant, but this past visit was a bit of a mess.

We came in as a party of 14 with maybe a ten minute call in advance, we were seating in less than ten minutes of arrival and our server was Sam. I just want to say from all of us at the table, he was absolutely amazing! Didn’t get stressed, kept our drinks refilled, had a great personality and made our dinner very entertaining! We want to say a big thank you for being patient with all of us and for the incredible service!

It was very very good!! The Adult beverages 5☆s the food was delicious!! The ONLY issue that we had was the waitress was constantly at the table from the moment we sat..PUSHING trying to get us out as fast as she can, I was NOT pleased with this, I understand they go by tips but SERIOUSLY.. My husband & I haven't been out in yrs alone together because of our young daughter.. So maybe that's a big reason why I felt a bit offended.. But back on subject, For the amount of the bill we should not have been pushed and pushed.. 80$$ bill on a Friday at 2:30 PM.. It wasn't even supper time and that's when its crazy.. The hostesses were far from pleasant. They seemed annoyed we came in. Lots of eye rolling and sighing. My burger was inedible. I think it had been on the grill for at least an hour. My wife and son were not impressed with their meals either. I gave it 2 stars because our waitress was VERY pleasant and attentive. I think we lucked out because the rest of the staff looked like they wanted to dip their head into the fryolater and end it.

They were more organized with keeping track of your order, they had a list that says what's in the bag. The service was great!!🙌🏾🙌🏾🤗🤗💐💐💐 Much much Better then Bangor Apple bees unfortunately for like the third time I went🤬 I was unsatisfied with how they took my order and they weren't genuinely sorry and I'm not going back either GOOD LUCK TO WHOM EVER GOES! THEY DON'T DOUBLE CHECK WITH YOU !!!!

Customer service has hit rock bottom as this location. I didn't think any restaurants could be worse than KFC in Waterville but I stand corrected and I want to thank Applebee's for that. Called in order for curbside and showed up on time to pick up order and all curbside parking spots were taken ,by inside dining patrons. I guess we have quite a bit of uneducated people in the area that cannot read. Called restaurant from car to let them know I was here to pick up order and they said be out in 5 minutes. 15 minutes pass by,I called and spoke to the same liar that told me they would be out in 5 minutes. Apparently not only do people in this area have a hard time reading,they also cannot tell time either. They obviously forgot to put our order in and should have just been honest about it. They also should have made every person parked in a curbside parking spot that was dining inside ,move their vehicle . Apparently people in this area are lazy as well and don't like to walk but after seeing some of them,they could have used the walk for sure.
