Subway

Unfortunately I cannot give this a zero star rating, it would be well deserved. We purchased dinner through the app twice in the last month, both times had issues with incorrect orders. First time the order had substitutions and could not be eaten due to a food allergy, the second time the sandwiches were poorly put together and the order was completely wrong. The assistant manager was polite and helpful but apparently the same girl made the sandwiches both times and seemed to have little interest in putting any effort into getting orders correct, not to mention she had a serious attitude problem. She was rude not only to customers but also to her assistant manager while we were trying to get our order corrected. The food was dissapointing and the service was worse we won't be ordering from this location again.

I don't quite know where to start. After a long day I stopped with my husband to get subway here. I am uncertain if I want to give them another try or not. I got Italian herbs and cheese and he got wheat. Both breads were pretty stale, even with the sauces we added. The sandwiches didn't really have any taste to them and the veggies didnt really taste all that fresh either. I've been to A LOT of subways, so I don't really know how to describe this visit. I definitely wouldn't say it was "eating fresh". Service was good though. She was very personable and joked around with me about the jalapeños.

3 stars for excellent service. 2 additional stars were withheld because the "help wanted" sign says "up to 15/hr with tips, great work environment, paid time offf" If you aren't giving 15 am hour now, after people chose to wok for you during a pandemic, you don't have a great work environment! I guarantee, you won't close at 4pm on a Sunday if you just paid more than the poverty wages you pat yourself on the back for! If you don't want to pay a living wage, you don't deserve employees. You've played this game for too long! It's pathetic in every aspect and it says "we don't care about you".

Tried ordering online had my order almost complete, then was told it's too late, went in got told I have to leave because I have a medical exemption and wont wear a mask yet a group of teenagers are sitting and eating not 10 feet from us both without masks.this policy is honestly the most outrageously stupid sound thing I have ever heard. Wont spend my money at this place any more. Plenty of places that respect peoples choices/medical decisions
