Firehouse Subs

First time I had ever been here, and my daughter took me for Mother's Day! I was impressed from the moment I walked in. The place was clean, and the employees were very friendly. We took our very tired, 18 month old grandson with us, and he was cranky. The employees came out and gave him a fire hat, which caught his attention for a few minutes. The owner even brought him another dessert to help soothe him, after he came out and asked us how everything was. The food was fantastic; so much in the sub, I couldn't even eat mine! Delicious food! I couldn't believe how courteous everyone was there! I had a great experience, and when I visit Waterville again, shall probably visit again. Just want to thank the owner and employees. This is customer service at it's finest.

Giving it two stars because I love what this business stands for. Giving it two stars for tge horrible expirience I had there as well. Jan 27th 530 to 610 waited for one sandwich that whole entire time. Whatever they are doing is not working at all. On top of that the very unclean associate was walking as slow as possible talking about how mushy the tomatoes were tonight. Deplorable. What happend to workers integrity. If they find making a sandwich hard then they have a long hard life ahead of them.

Placed an order via Uber eats at 750pm with firehouse like many times during the week that I do. Decided to check on order at 9pm wondering why it’s taking so long I called and spoke to Fernando the manager, his response was “ we are closed and there is nothing I can do about it” . Probably the most unprofessional conversation I’ve ever had with a business…. Highly recommend staying away from this establishment as I will in the future now… with people like Fernando running this business I’m sure it won’t last much longer…. Choose your employees wisely as it’s clear he doesn’t care.

Our sandwiches were delicious n the staff was great! My daughter was all hyped up being in a new place n a female employee was amazing with her! Even got her to eat more than her chips! Lol social distances was good too, n for being a little on the small side the mage the space well n all employees their masks on 😊 we had a good time

Most awful experience EVER! my wife and I called to explain that we were unaware of the sizes and called to question it, in the middle of the conversation the “manager” gave the phone to an associate because there was a line. I understand you’re short staffed but come on. Will never come back , too expensive for the lack of customer service.
