Starbucks in the US are cooler than in Europe! Really nice store and friendly staff!

I've never had a good experience trying to order from this location through mobile or for delivery. A driver informed us that delivery orders seem to be very low priority for the baristas. Some of the staff are nice, but others are very cold. Night and day compared to my experience ordering from the Soldiers Field Rd and Trapelo locations nearby. Will probably just stick to those in the future.

Friendly staff, clean store, but if you order at the counter, be prepared to wait much longer than normal as the staff furiously fills complicated mobile orders for people yet to arrive - even when the store is mostly empty.

This must be the worst Starbucks of all of them, rude person named Avira. Unfriendly and very impatient girl. Hardly listened to what my order was and got irritated when I was taking a bit long to order. What happened to good customer service?????. How do you hire these young kids, don’t you teach them curtesy?. Will never go back to this store location. If I could give half a star I would.

Barista Abira, who also goes by AJ on her name tag, is quite a rude person and shouldn't be able to work in customer service. She had the nerve to look at me and my friend while we were speaking in our native tongue Turkish, and shout: "are you going to order or are you just talking". I'm not sure if she forgot her training all together, or was having a bad day but that behavior was very disgusting. I tried bringing this up to the store manager Julia, who by simply dismissing it, was obviously not going to bring it up with Abira. Reports have been filed, and I will no longer be visiting this location.
