Dunkin'

So dirty and no one that works there wants to be there. I waited over an hour in the drive through to order and I never got it. The girl at the window was just standing there and some employees were just screwing around in the back. There was only 4 cars ahead of me and none of the orders were large. This place is freaking horrible.

As a National well known coffee shop, the consistency of quality service and food feels not as important. Often times first thing in the morning food orders are cold. Additionally, orders seem to take a bit longer than usual. With all that said, considering the state and condition most businesses are in, the hopeful return to pride, professionalism, great service and awesome food choices is why I continue to go back. My orders haven't sucked, but, they just haven't been up to Dunkin Donut past standard. This is my opinion only! This is not a bad mark on any of the local establishments.

Pulled in at 630pm on a Saturday evening with one car in front of me and one car behind me. Intentionally drove out of my way to this particular Dunkin because they don't typically get the traffic the others do. Waited 15 min, said Hello, knowing there was a car in front of me that I couldn't see I got out of my car to see if they were still there. They were gone. I saw a worker in the window of the convenient store and asked if they were closed, he said no and went to get the worker, 20 min later I left. The person working was only one deep and apparently decided to just not take orders, will absolutely never go there again.

Literally the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to!! First off they forgot my latte completely, then asked what I was waiting on, my latte. They found it back there because it had apparently been made and forgotten, and they gave it to me cold. We asked for it to be remade and the employees who were making drinks could not stop gossiping and chatting long enough to get it right. It took them 20 minutes to make a latte and pour a black coffee. Ridiculous. Also adding, when we got to the vehicle and opened our donuts they were covered in black specks, almost like cigarette ash. Cold lattes and dirty donuts, DON’T GO!
