The food was rather superb prices were high but at least I got to wait 10 minutes for a coffee and a doughnut. The wait cost $7 but being 5 minutes late for a new job because of it, that's Priceless. As an added bonus I went to use the bathroom and to my surprise someone already did a great job of it clogged it right up even left a little brown handprint on the back to let you know who's fine work it was I assume. I will definitely be back to that location and I highly suggest you do too if you think life can't get worse because I'm willing to bet you will find it can at this wonderful little coffee shop.

We ordered 2 of the 2 for 4 bagels at the drive thru and when they read off the total we thought it was low. So when we got to the window I asked if it was 4 bagels total. Not a big deal. Well the shift manger starts freaking out and yelling that we only ordered two. Totally unprofessional and I'm not going to spend my money somewhere I am mistreated.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich which was around a $1.50. She asked if I wanted it with egg, sure I said. I proceeded to pay and the register said $3.48. I looked at the menu just to make sure I didn't read it wrong and she says to me, "you wanted egg". Omgee! It cost me $2 for an egg. It would've been nice if she warned me it was going to cost me an extra couple of bucks!

So apparently this Tim Horton's closes everything hours before closing time whenever the employees decide to not work. First the employee was hanging out in the lobby with friends and loudly sighed when we walked in. Then we were told there was no coffee and sarcastically told we'd have to wait if we really wanted some and that the employee would make it "if he had to". Then was told by the "gentleman" not to look at the menu because he already threw out all the bread. Said that's what happens when people decide to come in so close to closing time. We were there at 715pm on a Saturday night. This location closes at 10pm. At that point we were mad and walked to the gas station side to get a fountain soda. Was walking out to my car and the same employee went back to chatting with a friend in the lobby. Just so you know I'll be back and I'll wait for coffee and bread while I take video. It's a mission now and we will be calling the corporate offices. Maybe they are in business to make money and not just provide jobs to people who don't want to work.

Awesome food. Coffee was made fresh. The young man who was there at 7pm is literally my favorite person who works there. He's friendly, talkative and really makes you feel like he cares.

They get grumpy if you ask for cream n sugar in your coffee and tell you they always put it in, then they give it to you plain. Nasty, and theyve done it several times. i will avoid this place from now on, go to the one by the mall, theyre much friendlier n get your order correct.

Had a bad experience with a very rude waitstaff. Initially she wouldn't turn around and take my order and then when she did she was very rude trying to hurry me up. This happened on 6/3/18 about 10:00 am. First time ever going there and I won't be going back.

No changing station for baby. We are travelling cross country, car loaded with a 9 mo. This Tims is attached to a gas station, half restaurant, 3 or so tables. Place is empty except for one worker and his teenage friend hanging out. In desperation I changed baby's diaper on a table. Baby was super well behaved and no mess.
Girl complained loudly about millenials thinking they own the place (sarcastically? since we are obv gen x age) and then took a photo of my daughter and I mid diaper change and announced to her friend she was sharing it on snapchat so it won't get passed around.
Or maybe she was talking about someone and something else and it all happened to coincide with me changing the baby and trying to ignore the fear of being discussed in plain view and the shame of me being inappropriate. I will never know.
What I do know is that this wouldn't have occurred if the bathrooms had a freaking changing table.
This is not the first time we stoped at Tim's with no changing station. We always took a crying baby, buckled her back in her poopy diaper and fdrove to another place. To respect customers.
But no more. Tim's, you get a one star from me from this time forward when your places have no changing station.
It's a freaking plastic plank you screw into the wall.
