Longhorn Steakhouse

Sat at the bar and was the only person at the bar to start. Ordered a beverage and my meal. The bar filled in to half capacity with three couples. My salad came and I ate less than half and pushed it aside. Then my steak came and I ate about 1/4 of my meal. It was rare and I ordered medium rare and it was way over seasoned. Asked for a box and the bartender gave me a box and my bill. My dirty dishes including the salad sat in front of me despite me pushing it away numerous times to be cleared. NOBODY asked how my meal was, if I needed anything, cleared my dishes, etc. Meanwhile the couples surrounding me have been "waited on" as any customer would expect to be. How was your salad? Can I take your plates, would you like another beverage. Not impressed and it's disappointing.

My parents had the NY Strip steaks. Too much seasonings on the steaks, both had a lot of fat on their steaks and steaks were greasy. I had the 1/2 rack Baby Back ribs. Fall off the bone, tender and flavorful meat though a little too greasy. We all had the baked sweet potatoes w/brown sugar and cinnamon, delicious!

Horrible drinks! I used to love ordering the Long pour but every time I get it, it takes like a watered down version of itself! I sent it back and received the same tasting ones! They taste like they pre made them and they sit there for a few hours! The glass of water tasted better! I am so disappointed!

This was our first time visiting LongHorn Steakhouse, Typically we eat at Texas Roadhouse. Very short wait for table, super clean, Friendly staff, Food was amazing and we even got to meet the manager at the end of our meal!!! I've got to say, I don't think we will be eating at Texas Roadhouse very much anymore! We can not wait to go back again!!!
