The food was relatively fresh the service could use some help I felt like the drive-through worker was being condescending when I ask questions. This is my first time ever at an A&W Restaurant so I had no idea what to expect or what food items they had. First impressions are very important. The food could be fantastic but if the people who work there are mean or rude I won't go there there's no reason to be borderline bullied by staff in order to get food I can go anywhere else and not have to deal with that

A lifetime ago I worked at Long John Silver's and I still crave it.
At 2,000 calories in a piece of fish, it is definitely an occasional treat. But these guys do it right. The fish is crispy and hot even when it's not their only focus.

Ordered a burger with cheese curds and somehow got fish with huspuppies, fries, and a big thing of corn.
Should properly check your bag before leaving. Mistake on my part for not doing that

Drove through. food was hot and has always been one of my favorite stops especially with LJ and A and W combined here. Can get a great tasting burger with some fish to Chilli cheese dogs and fries. Cole slaw is also amazing.

We had Long John Silvers chicken.... it's out must have stop on our way through Waterloo (it's our closest LJS) it was absolutely delicious! Spendy we spent $55 for 16 chicken, onion rings, fries and hush puppies but we dont do it often it's our little splurge

It was a a&w combined w long John silvers, wasn't pleasant nor tasty. Wasn't horrible but definitely left me Lil disappointed due to distance between my home & closest long John silvers

I'm honest when it comes to my reviews. Yes everyone gets a second chance. So first off I was thinking this was only an A&W its actually a long john silver also. Now my order was a chili cheese hotdog, which that was overcooked and I didn't know it came with onions on it. Like who eats onions🤢. Next was the chicken sliders which was drenched in mayo sauce. The fish taco was a fried fish fillet in a tortilla drenched in lime juice and tartar sauce. The soda root beer had no carbonation. The wait wasn't worth the quality effort put into the food. Maybe in the near future I'll pass through and check the quality of the food, but until then I'll pass.
