The store on W. Main is selling spoil meat. I ordered a chicken salad and the chicken was spoil. I called the store and the older gentleman told me to bring it back, which I did. When I got there he refunded me my money and basically said I was lying.He was very rude. I always go there for my chicken salad. Just lost a customer. Too bad there are no zero.

The OWNER, an older gentleman named Steve was extremely rude to the people in front of me, and to me as well. This included making fun of my order, as well as yelling at the employee and the people in front of me, just terrible service.

I just got my nails done . I always go to subway right after my nails . Why in the hell is the doors still locked . So I call someone is in there and not answering the phone . I would have liked a nice hot sandwich before work. Thanks for the inconvenience

The employee who was working by himself in the middle of a dinner rush was doing the best he could. Granted he moves as slow as molasses, but having one person working by themself at such a busy time isn’t a good look on the management/owners, seemingly trying to save money on payroll.

The worst subway I have ever visited. I placed an online order and went to pickup. When I returned home I found my sub totally wrong. Instead of barbecue rib I found fatty steak Instead. Upon returning they were closed. I was informed online in a response to my email that they don’t have barbecue rib at this location any longer. Instead they tried to trick me and just put anything they wanted on it knowing they would be closed before I returned. Stay away from this location!!!

They microwaved my veggie patty so much that it was rock hard. When I asked for a cup so that I could get some water, the very apathetic employee said no. I was there a month earlier and had no issues getting a cup for water. I think he was being purposely rude, even though he said that his boss doesn't allow him to give out cups for water. I will not be back at this Subway.
