Burger King

Man if I could rate this place a zero I would. This is the worst Burger King everrrrr, I've vist different one's and this one is the worst 😫 😤. So we got to the intercom to place our order and we started to get rushed into placing our order, we brushed it off. After placing our order we waited 20 to about 30 min to get this nasty food. The bag was dirty as heck ans one sandwich wasn't even wrapped properly, and to make matters worse the sandwich was soooo greasy. I WILL NEVERRRR GO BACK TO THIS PLACE BECAUSE ITS NOT THE FIRST TIME AND I LIKE TO GIVE CHANCES BUT MY GOD MAN, THEY NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER.

I walked into Burger King with a smile and a friendly attitude. The employees that worked there were miserable, angry, irritated at drive thru customers and in restaurant customers. I could here the cook swearing and talking about customers orders because he was frustrated. I waited over 20 min for my order ( 1 meal ) Of course I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I know that places have a shortage of employees…. As I’m looking around waiting you can tell that the floor in the restaurant has not been cleaned in months and there was Food all over the floor where the cook was working. As soon as I saw my food done I kindly ask the woman is there anyway I can grab that…. She looks at me with an absolute attitude and told me you’re just gonna have to wait…. This clearly made me upset and I continued to tell her you’re giving me an attitude when I’ve been nothing but nice because I waited this long? The cook proceeds to come to the register with frustration and mumbling under his breath and starts using the F word….. I continue to tell the employees that this place is a mess and you guys got a figure it out. You Can’t swear in front of customers and be rude to customers for no reason. I would never ever ever go there again or recommend it to anybody. It’s unfortunate because I was very patient throughout the process until I was given an attitude. It was a unprofessional atmosphere and it should be closed down or new management needs to be hired. And someone needs to actually clean the place. Do not go to this Burger King you will not have a good experience. And if you do go good luck and I hope it works out for you.

I was highly disappointed. As a person who cannot have carbonated beverages, they had absolutely nothing to replace soda except water. My double Whopper Jr with cheese is actually a single. And their excuse was that they didn't have enough product. Not only that my sandwich was cold and so were my nuggets. They could do much much better.

I went to Burger King June 1st 22 I ordered a king double whopper with bacon and I ordered a big Mac medium fries and Dr Pepper I got there around 5:32pm and I did not leave until 6:54 PM I live not even 5 minutes away and I stayed in line for soooooo long .in line all that time 13 cars in total in line I tried to leave but I couldn't because I was in the middle along with some other cars who tried to leave when I finally got to the window they don't get along in there none of them should be working together you need a whole new staff I get home to find that not only do I not have my order but all the food is cold the burgers are ice cold the fries are ice cold didn't get my soda and I'm just disgusted with Thomaston Avenue Burger King I would like a refund in the form of a gift card Thank you

Food is always cold. Never changes This location doesn't open doors always short staffed and last time there they ONLY TOOK CARD NO CASH.. Worst spot to get food from. Theres a WENDYS, MCDONALD'S, AND S TACO BELL GO TO ONE OF THESE PLACES. SAVE YOUR MONEY ON BURGER KING. P.S. THEY DIDN'T HAVE COCA COLA, SPRITE, OR ORANGE SODAS.. NOT SURE WHAT THIS STORE MANAGER DOES TO GET A PAY CHECK
