Rich's Eggspress

They are friendly and it is very clean. I read a review saying they had great french toast before traveling 23min. to try it and was disappointed. Once we placed our order more people came in and everyone was ordering eggs. They must make a good egg but not french toast. I ordered the stuffed french toast with apples and my boyfriend ordered the regular french toast which came with sausage. I like to think we have become corned beef hash experts considering every place we have ever eaten we order a side of it, lol, this was not the best at Rich's. This is only our opinion keep that in mind. It tasted like it was canned. Very salty. The stuffed french toast was 2 pieces of regular french toast with 4 slices of cream cheese just placed between them and canned apple filling heated ontop. I wish it was good apple pie filling but it wasn't. I was a little disappointed. My boyfriends french toast was not special and I definately make better. It was just basic. The sausage it came with was the big italian kind not breakfast. I think that was unique tho. This place has potential but they need to eliminate things from the menu they do not have the time to make well like stuffed french toast.
