Taco Bell

I asked for a Crunchwrap supreme combo with chicken instead of beef. They wrote chicken on the paper bag that it comes with but when I opened my food up there was no meat inside of it at all whether it was chicken or beef. For the extra taco that the combo comes with I asked for soft instead of hard and to add sour cream and I received a hard taco with no sour cream and then chicken instead of beef. I also asked for the regular strawberry slushy, and I received it with lemon at the very bottom. 0/10 do not recommend.

This place is filthy. I was disgusted to see that the employees were allowed to keep their drinks right on the counter where the customers place their order... There should be a separate break area for that. Under no circumstances should their drinks be that close to where customer meals are. It's just unsanitary. All of the employees seemed to be rude and have an attitude. I stood there a few minutes before anyone even helped me... Heck another customer started his order on the touch screen kiosk since no one was helping him... He kept getting stuck though. The person that eventually came over to assist me was very rude and impatient as if I had just interrupted her... Worst part was when I realized she was the manager and she was acting this way. The store wasn't all that busy, aside from the one guy at the kiosk and myself there was nobody at the drive thru. Just overall pretty disgusted with this place. Employees need to step up and show that they care about their positions or be let go. They're working in fast food... I understand it can be demanding but there is simply no excuse for ignoring customers or leaving the workspace a disaster.

Very slow service. Wasn’t busy but it took 7 min for someone to welcome me at the counter. Order was made and went to sit down and all seat/table tops were filled w crumbs. Maybe employees can clean when not doing anything? Maybe have someone dedicated to cleaning? In any event I don’t think I would revisit this particular location.

I have been coming to this Taco Bell for a very long time. The inside of the restaurant is extremely comfortable, as there are multiple places to sit. Some have outlets for you to plug your laptop in, so perfect if you are traveling or stopping by to complete a task quickly. Anyways, the staff are great and all areas are perfectly clean. If there is something wrong with your order, they will fix it for you no problem!

Their signs on the window and online say they open at 8:00am. I showed up at 8:15 to get breakfast and nobody responded. I waited at the drive-through for 10 minutes and then tried to walk inside but the doors were locked. There were 2 cars parked outside, so I'm assuming the employees were there. Guess they don't want to serve customers.
